About me
I am a child of immigrants who fled war to start a new life in a small town in the Midwest. Through my childhood years I discovered the value of embracing individuality and celebrating my personal uniqueness. This helped me later in my professional life, turning challenges into opportunities for personal leadership growth. I am driven by a passion for helping others unlock their unique strengths and have developed a client-tailored coaching style that celebrates their individuality, allowing them to give themselves permission to be the leaders they aspire to be. My coaching alliances aim to help individuals “lift the fog” on their objectives, overcome any limitations to achieve their goals, and cultivate pride and confidence in the distinct qualities that make them extraordinary.
Experience and Qualifications
Trained as a pharmacist and health economist, I have been on my professional growth journey over the past 17+ years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. I’ve been an individual contributor, have led teams of technical experts, and have created and integrated real-world data and health outcomes functions in biotech HEOR and Market Access organizations. Navigating these situations eventually led me to find my passion for coaching and developing leaders. Through coaching direct reports and peers, I witnessed the power of active listening and asking powerful questions to shift people from functional experts to effective leaders in collaborative teams. I was always inspired to see people grow and succeed as leaders with a bit of help from coaching, so I took the leap to become an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified coach. To further compliment my coaching skills I became an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner to get individuals and teams to understand themselves better and to work more effectively with others. As a fully certified coach I aim to help clients from across healthcare industries on their leadership journey and equip them with learnings and skills that will continue to develop them in their careers, their teams, and beyond.
